HOW TO ORDER:
1. Go to the number of CDRs you want to order and check the box that applies; if you are ordering from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are required by law to pay a sales tax unless you have a tax waiver form so you must check the "Massachusetts Order" button. If you are ordering from outside Massachusetts, or if you have a Massachusetts Tax Waiver Form, press the "Order" button. If you are ordering in Massachusetts and have a Commonwealth tax waiver, fax the waiver to: 1-617-776-1415. If you are in MA and use the "Order" button but fail to fax a valid waiver, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded;
2. E-mail us [ onewayprd@yahoo.com ] the printing that you would like on the CD; if you want a particular font, let us know and if we have it we will use it; if we don't have it than we will let you know and you can cancel the job and we will refund your money.
3. If you have a logo than you must e-mail us the logo in a form ready for placement on the CD; use the bmap or jpg format for the logo. We will not graphically alter any submission; if you want a design on the CD of any type send it to us in completed form and we will place it on the CD but we will not alter it. Any such design must not contain writing on the inside ring as the print will smear on that part of the CD. At the moment we are only doing black printing on light silver or white printable CDRs. We are considering 6 color printing but that is some time away.
